Terumo, a Japanese company specializing in medical devices, acquired by Sweden's Gambro for $ 2.63 billion, Caridian BCT, an American company which produces machines for the treatment of blood before transfusion. After acquisizone, once fully operational, Terumo expects its annual sales grow to 610 million euro.
