BioMérieux, a company French active in in vitro diagnostics, has recorded a net profit in 2010 increased by 7.4% to € 158.7 million, a operating profit of 241 million (+13%) and a turnover of 1.36 billion (+10.9%). For 2011 the company expects operating income between 255 and 270 million and sales increased from 5 to 6%. In 2011, bioMérieux intends to invest about 10 million in a new sector, the services sector for 2012 and plans to reinforce in molecular biology and to develop new diagnostic tools New Vidas. For 2013 is expected to launch three new products and partnership agreements in developing countries.
